First tip I have is : START NOW!
Don’t wait until tomorrow, just start as soon as the idea comes to mind. Go outside and walk around in circles (like I do *blush*) for 30mins. I go with my earphones and listen to music.
What I found was a problem with me is I always postpone the day I should start. I would say I will start tomorrow and when tomorrow comes I forget or woke up in some bad mood or whatever and don’t do it. So now when I occasionally fall of the wagon, as soon as I realise it I start working on it immediately. I dont wait for tomorrow but I just START NOW!!!!!
