Living healthy requires you to drink tons of water. 8 glasses a day is what the doctor says but I must say it gets boring at times. Yeah yeah yeah water is life blah blah blah but it tasting like nothing doesnt make the temptations to drink soda stop, it just makes it worse. So thanx to my cousin (Caty) I found fun ways to make my water taste different.
Currently I’m a fan of lemon infused water … so YUM. Just slice lemons n put them in a glass n add cold water or u could try the recipe above with cucumber.
It is truly a good way to drink all the water the doctor said u should drink, that tastes yummy.
