You can never out-run a unhealthy diet!!


People need to understand that going to the gym is not enough. Some people tend to even gain more weight from going to the gym cause they think that since they are going to the gym they can eat as they please. Nope … not true … and its just a complete lie.
You need to eat well to lose weight. Have yall not seen posts that say BODIES ARE BUILT IN THE KITCHEN??? Its not really the gym. The gym helps though I won’t lie. Helps u reach ur goals much faster. Also helps with toning and if ur a newb, helps u get some sort of routine and knowledge of what to do.
I am not saying throw away ur gym memberships, all I am saying is make it count and eat healthy as well.
