I feel I am a sucker for happily ever afters. I love Disney and Pixar movies so I have been programmed to think that there will always be a happy ending.
Even though it’s animation and it’s a made up story, I feel that life is the same.
Animation has taught us at a young age that life has its ups and downs and that even though things get really hard that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Look at Lion King for example Mufasa died for goodness sakes (still makes me cry), then Simba ran off to go find himself, came back home and became the King dammit (Boss 😎).
Depending on what u find important in life. Hopeless romantics will probably prefer him finding Naala and falling in love to be their happy ending.
Life is the same. Bad things happen and instead of dwelling on those things we need to go find ourselves, whether we run off like Simba did or just setting aside time to think about you and only u, we still need to go find ourselves.
We get lost in what others want us to be which results in us losing ourselves.
For your happy ending to arrive, you need to be at peace with yourself and with who u are. You need to love yourself and want what’s best for you.
I feel that when u are truly at peace with yourself, your happy ending is not far along. It’s a cycle, that needs to run its course and with time all shall reveal itself.
So don’t give up, your happily ever after is waiting for u. I like happy endings and feel we all deserve to have one.
Hope yall have a happy Saturday and if u can watch Lion King☺
Lovies you all
